Deposit & Payment Methods

Account Suspension & Closure

3dsky reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation:

• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age or provided false information during registration.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity linked to a 3dsky account.
• Instructions from the relevant regulatory authorities or law enforcement bodies in Malaysia.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system or engaging in any activity that undermines the integrity of the 3dsky platform.

Members may also close their 3dsky account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, and any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with 3dsky's prevailing policies.
